Quality Control department & compliance program – R.R.G FABRICS
The definition of quality is to check the product on time, whether the factories are making the correct items based on customer’s information. We have well trained quality team who inspect the goods as per buyer’s quality standards i.e. AQL 1.5, 2.5, and 4.0. Quality department make sure that entire production is done as per buyers approval; following the correct fabric, correct sample, correct trims and correct finishing etc. They do all initial, inline, Midline and final inspection as per buyers’ requirements. Products’ quality is controlled on all the aspects i.e. printing, Embroidery, Accessories, Styling, Washing, Labeling, Stitching, Finishing, measurements and packing.
